1. Services

Calway Logistics LLC provides freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and related transportation services for trade show exhibitors. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual quotes, rate confirmations, and bills of lading.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Freight quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment weight, dimensions, accessorial charges, and carrier rate changes.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Standard terms are net 15 days unless a credit agreement is in place. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

4. Liability

Calway Logistics acts as a freight broker and logistics coordinator. Carrier liability is governed by the carrier's tariff and applicable law. Standard cargo insurance covers up to $100,000 per shipment. Additional declared value coverage is available upon request. Calway Logistics is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs holds, general service contractor (GSC) scheduling, or force majeure events.

5. Claims

Freight claims must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Claims require supporting documentation including the bill of lading, delivery receipt, and photos of damage.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations received more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a dispatch fee. Once freight is in transit, standard carrier cancellation terms apply.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Bernardino County, California.
